Refund & Cancellation Policy

Horsin’ Around Hope Haven

Horsin’ Around Hope Haven understands that circumstances may arise requiring schedule changes or cancellations. Our refund policy is outlined below to ensure clarity and fairness for all participants.

If Horsin’ Around Hope Haven must cancel a program, session, or service for any reason, a full refund will be issued.

If a participant cancels with at least 48 hours’ notice, a refund will be provided minus a small deposit or administrative fee, the amount of which may vary depending on the service rendered or preparation already completed.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of extenuating circumstances such as illness or emergency. Documentation may be requested when appropriate.

All refund requests must be submitted by contacting us at horseshopehaven@outlook.com. Approved refunds will be issued using the original form of payment whenever possible.
